Excellent TV but not for Sunny rooms. Too much glare.

By far, the worst Customer Care department I've ever interacted with.. They are unresponsive, negligent, and clueless. Additionally, they don't honor price matching, even when the item is listed on their OWN Best Buy website. They claim there are "3rd party sellers," even though they are listed on bestbuy.com Very disappointing and they lost a long-time customer.

Best picture ever. True black and great brightness and clarity

Could be the best picture quality of any TV! We had a Samsung 83 QLED in our home theater that unfortunately sustained water damaged. I was very happy with the QLED picture, but this has been a real eye opener. We purchased the new TV while Best Buy an upgrade sale. The blacks are ink black; the colors are extraordinary! If you are viewing in a dark environment this TV is hard to beat. I highly recommend this TV.

Great picture. Jury is still out on webOS - many of my streaming apps are not supported. The OS is responsive however the AI feature is pretty much useless.

Waited & Shopped for the last 24 months! This is it. Just Buy it! The S95F is a close tie, BUT... NO 83 Inch! And, even that, I mean sometimes the G5 looks better about 60% of the time and the S95F does 40% of the time. But in 83 inch, the LG G5 wins 100% of the time. It is a No Brainer. CLEAR Winner. Overall, this is a great tv! As they always say, you get what you pay for!!

This is an amazing OLED picture! The sound o terrible, though. However I use a sound system. A good sound from the TV is still something that I would like for late night viewing. Something that is an annoyance are LGs blinding and ridiculously huge and obtrusive menus as well as the cheap remote that doesn’t go well with a protein television.

I’ve had issue after issue for years with the different brands I’ve owned. That said, every issue I’ve had is now gone. Runs games perfectly with my high end PC, the UI is clean and isn’t annoying. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Best picture ever. The mount is a little bit of a pain but once it's up, it's amazing.

We absolutely love the tv viewing experience, but owners need to be tech savvy or have access to tech savvy resources because this grandma still hasn’t figured it all out after 4 months.

I reviewed multiple tv and hands down the best quality TV I've seen. SDR/HDR is outstanding. Well worth the money LG is the king of oled.

Beautiful picture. The only thing I don't like is that when I open Prime, Alexa prompt keeps popping up. Very annoying. Not sure how to turn that off yet.
