The picture quality compared to the LG86UN9070AUD was no difference. I was expecting with the AI perfomance to enhace the picture quality. The picture quality was more pixels so therfore i returned it for the LG86 QNED70 AI Much better quality. Plus the price the LG QNED 70 AI was 899$ for 100$ more. Overall. Spend the extra 100$ for the upgrade from the LG86 UA77 Ai This is a good tv just not for me. I still recommend any LG products as for the size and price. Piicture wise was fair.

Best Buy has the worst customer service

I called customer service and they said they would send one (unfortunately, the rep never logged my call or created a ticket). I waited three weeks and called back. Best Buy customer service said that I was past the window and they wouldn't be able to send me a remote. What? I had called three weeks earlier to report the missing remote. So, they refused to send me the remote. OK. I refuse to do business with them in the future.

This backlight is causing a line to be displayed across the middle of the screen.

I’m enjoying my TV

I didn’t even realize it was a fire TV so it comes with a fire TV stick inside of it internally so no need to buy a fire stick that worked out very well.
