    We pursched the LG86 UA77 series LED AI 4k UHD 2025 for 799$ durbing black friday. The picture quality compared to the LG86UN9070AUD was no difference. I was expecting with the AI perfomance to enhace the picture quality. The picture quality was more pixels so therfore i returned it for the LG86 QNED70 AI Much better quality. Plus the price the LG QNED 70 AI was 899$ for 100$ more. Overall. Spend the extra 100$ for the upgrade from the LG86 UA77 Ai This is a good tv just not for me. I still recommend any LG products as for the size and price. Piicture wise was fair.

    purchased 3wks ago my old TV volume went to75 have to have this one at 100 most of the time old one 30 TV is not very good if you cant hear it don't think l should have to buy a sound bar in order to hear it or home theatre system I don't have LG should know how to build a TV or don't sell them!!!!!!!!!!

    Best Buy has the worst customer service

    Best Buy customer service is the worst of any business. There was no remote in the box. I called customer service and they said they would send one (unfortunately, the rep never logged my call or created a ticket). I waited three weeks and called back. Best Buy customer service said that I was past the window and they wouldn't be able to send me a remote. What? I had called three weeks earlier to report the missing remote. So, they refused to send me the remote. OK. I refuse to do business with them in the future.

    I've had this tv for literally 2 months and a backlight went out literally the week after the return period. This backlight is causing a line to be displayed across the middle of the screen.

    Shopping experience wasn’t the best,the associate that helped me left me with no Help on loading the tv and had to figure it out by myself,l love shopping here but I don’t know if l will buy another tv again here.

    The TV is really light. I was able to mount it easily and it has a great picture. I didn’t even realize it was a fire TV so it comes with a fire TV stick inside of it internally so no need to buy a fire stick that worked out very well.

    I was hunting for a replacement for my older LG and stumbled onto this 86-inch behemoth. At nearly $400 less than other TVs in its size class—likely because it’s a 2025 model—the value was too good to pass up. It definitely didn't disappoint. From the fast delivery to the surprisingly easy unboxing and setup, the whole process was painless. Once it was up, the picture quality blew me away; the colors are rich and vibrant, and 4K content pops with so much detail it looks almost real. I have it hooked up to my 5.1 system via HDMI ARC, and the integration is seamless. If you want massive scale and updated tech without the "bleeding edge" price tag, this is an outstanding way to spend your money. I'm looking forward to enjoying this setup for a long time.
