I wanted to splurge and upgrade my TV size. I navigated towards LG because of the other appliances in my apartment. So much new technology that I also visited my local BB for guidance. Ultimately, being that I just need it for TV and occasional movies, I opted for the UA77 series. Definitely happy with my purchase! I haven't connected my sound bar yet, but the sound is great, to me. And picture is nice and crisp. I have noticed that due to the size, some channels playing movies doesn't fit the whole screen. So, I'm still figuring out if that's them or a "me" issue. I'd still recommend it for sure!!

Hard to go wrong with a price like this - The TV is fantastic for an entry level unit - It does everything I need, and looks great from all angles - The remote is super cheap and poorly designed (surprising, as I love LGs higher level TV remotes) - and its odd having only 3 HDMI ports - Sound is also very weak, but for a $600 TV you shouldn't expect more.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, reliable TV for their home.

Great functionality and ease of use. Setup was simple. Not a fan of how bright the backlight is (even when adjusted) compared to the Samsung's that I used to buy but you get used to it. Other than that, beautiful picture and sound quality.

Pretty happy with this purchase of this TV. Picture is extremely clear, very vivid. I love the features from the webOS. Far more features than I ever imagined. I've had a TV for a few weeks now, I'm still finding new things that I did not know were there. The color is extremely sharp. The audio isn't the best, but most people hook up their audio to something else nowadays, so that's not an issue. It has tons of features, like the ability to reduce down the eye strain. That's how vivid the picture is on this unit. The size is every bit as one can imagine. Pretty happy with this purchase, particularly at the price point I got it at.

Geek Squad installed our new TV and moved our current TV to our bedroom for wall installation. Both installs were quick neat with the instructions on how to operate TV with new sound bar was easy to follow no problems. Would recommend TV and installation as it was 86in and I am not able-bodied and it fit over the fireplace. Wishing I had gotten it sooner! Great Pic & sound!!!

If this was a first TV for someone, it would be very good. But if upgrading from another TV (2023 75" TCL for me), then it actually felt like a downgrade in most areas...other than the huge 86" size. And it is a big one. First of all, I am not a fan of the operating system, WebOS. It was sluggish. Secondly, I have a hard drive I like to watch movies from. It does not read all media types. So, the hard drive I had was a waste with this TV. Third, I'm not a fan of the remote. Upgrading from a ROKU TV with a simplistic remote, this LG has TOO MANY buttons. I'm sure over time, I could have gotten used to it. But after 2-3 weeks of ownership, I just couldn't. The buttons don't light up like some remotes in the market and is difficult to navigate in low light. Perhaps the price is right for most. Regardless, it has enough little things I didn't like that I decided to return it and spend a little more on what I really wanted - an 85" with a much simpler remote that actually lights up. And a much better quality picture. In summary, there are other options around the same price point (even cheaper) that would be worth it and very this one. That is, unless you are a die hard LG fan or just need that extra inch of TV size over comparable 85" TVs. This, of course, is all in my opinion.

This was my first tv purchase and i absolutely love it! The quality is amazing and it has a lot of fun features. It also has a game night app that you can join from your phone and have a family game night battle. Amazing tv overall. Would definitely recommend.

We had bought a much more expensive TV from a different company three years ago and it died on us so this time I didn’t want to spend as much money so I went to Best Buy to check and see what they had and they actually different options on sale I ended up finding a TV that is the same size that was about $400 cheaper and if I’m being honest, it is 10 times better quality. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Good price excellent quality of image easy use and configuration

I want a nice big TV for our loft upstairs before our Baby Boy arrives. I wanted something that seems to bring the room together and it’s gonna be super comfortable whether I’m watching my movies with him falling asleep on my chest, doing tummy time, we’re having family movie night. It completely Surpassed my expectations for this price for a television.
