    It works just fine. However, there is a constant pop-up on my computer asking if I'll allow it to make changes to my computer. I have accepted and declined it multiple times and it continues to appear. It appears even when the external CD/DVD reader isn't attached.

    Great slim design for school or travel, easily fits inside a laptop case or even just a sleeve for my son's mac book. Has a pop out tray, which I like as there is less to go wrong over time and if a dick gets stuck, it can be easily removed.

    Works greatest outside of the box. I use it to play movies on my MacBook Air and it works great compatibility wise. For the price of $40 totally worth the money to be able to watch movies.

    I would recommand this DVD player for any one that needs an external DVD. I purchased it for my mother that had her internal DVD player go out on her laptop. It was easy to set up. She is now looking at getting another one for my fathers laptop.

    My newest laptop was a gift and did not come with an internal CD/DVD player. This purchase was an excellent idea as it is small enough to carry in your bag and works extremely well. I've watched several DVD movies on it and no complaints!!
