Gets the job done so I can install software only available on disc. I do not know why all manufacturer's do not make all software available via download...

It works great and was easy to set up. However I haven't disconnected my old burner and had to go into the software and set the new on as the primary.

Excellent portable CD/DVD drive.

I have used it with three computers operating with windows XP sp3, Windows 7 home premium, and Windows 8. The included software is not needed to make this a useful external drive.

The Best Buy clerk listened to our needs and directed us to this product which was less than half the cost of a comparable model with an apple logo. Thanks for helping us save money!

Works Great and Compact

It hasn't presented any problems and I have used it with Mac and PCs. Initially I bought it as a cheaper alternative of the overpriced Apple drive, turned out it was the right decision.

The unit works great and was super easy to use. The drivers installed automatically so that was not a problem. A great unit!
