I bought this laptop as a must have tool to increase my efficiency for my small business. I have tutorials that I take to improve skills for my everyday applications in my custom home furnishings design workroom. I use it to listen to and view favorite websites as my production day continues. I am able to find helpful sites to view when I am stuck in a fabrication applilcation. I knew I needed this and am so grateful that I finally have it. I bought a cooling stand and hope this helps the longevity of this incredible tool.

Great little device for the little downloads and scans I need to do through my laptop that does not have a CD drive!

Macbook airs (and the latest pros) don't have dvd drives, so for those of us who still want one, this is a great way to compromise.

I bought this to use with an Apple iMac that did not have internal CD/DVD. Plugged it in and was very easy to use. Worked as described.

for the $25 dollars I spent on this portable DVD Player/Burner I bought I feel I got a great deal. Works well with all the discs I have tried so far. I just wish the cord was a bit longer. I like to sit in bed with the laptop on my lap desk and there is just not enough real estate for the drive. The longer cord would get it to the comforter where is could sit until needed.

This is a good DVD/CD player for computer for low cost since laptop didn't come with one.
