still can't use it

The drive came with a CD with drivers, but the drivers are not available online. We haven't been able to get the drivers from LG or from Best Buy. We will now have to pay someone to upload the drivers for us. Very disappointing in this day and age to not find the drivers online! LG, get with it!

Reads cds and dvd. Cannot play recorded movies

Could not play recorded dvd movies. Loaded free software and still not able to play movies. Returned unit and got an ASUS SDRW unit. ASUS software is superior to LGs.
