Great DVD CD OPTICLE DRIVE

Does the job very well.Easy CD install disc.(1 to 3 minutes) Comes with extras on the install disc.Just wanted the drive,wasn't interested in other free stuff.

Terrible purchase....waste of money/time

When I brought it back to exchange it for a new one, the Geek Squad guy tested it out first and said it was working just fine. So I brought it back home and then tried it again, only to have not work. My boyfriend whose much more up on his technology knowledge wanted it for his use so I gave it to him hoping it would work....but it didn't. In my opinion, this thing is a piece of junk, and I DISLIKE best buy's 15 day return policy. I was busy when I bought it and I didn't get around to testing it out until about 20 days after. However, I don't think I should get stuck paying for a product that doesn't even work....absolutely ridiculous!
