Maybe I just got a lemon

The second time it jammed and I had to use a paperclip inserted into the emergency pinhole to get it out. Tried again, same result. Took this piece of junk back to the store and got a full refund. I have no idea what I'll do next, but I will not buy this device again.

Disappointed- I don't need the product

I am only giving it one star-- because- I don't know if it works- and don't care- because it's a product that Best Buy is no longer carrying- which tells me it's either obsolete or horrible. And now I am stuck with this product that I don't want.
