Product is great; service not so much

The first trip I came in and picked one out I wanted, and there weren't any in stock. Second trip I came back and ended up finding an open box model. I got it home and it was not working propery. Third trip I brought it back and opted for a brand new one in the box. Get it home, open it, and pull out a completely different computer. It took me four trips to the store to get the correct laptop.

Easy set-up

This burner is portable as well as versatile as it can be utilized with a Mac or Windows PC. Great buy for the price and the LG brand is noted for quality. I'd recommend this to my friends in a heartbeat.

Nice, cost efficient DVD burner

The drive burns CDs and DVDs quickly and quietly with no hassle. I just plugged it in and it began working perfectly.
