I am NOT tech saavy but this was easy to use and quickly got the job done.

Good, sometimes loses contact
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.overall this product has worked well for me. it sometimes looses contact because the USB end is loose in the port. also, not that this product does not come with the software to view DVDs (maybe a 30day trial version). if you have windows 8 or later (meaning no windows player), you will need to purchase software seperately
