    Product says it can do some pretty cool stuff, I have not been able to get the thing to work and the programs that come with it are always popping up on my computer

    I bought this for my iMac (I originally thought I had to buy the mac brand). It works perfectly for what I need it for. I'm so glad I didn't shell out the big bucks for the iMac disk drive!

    The only time I used it, I had to have the Geek Squad tell me how to download a disc onto the computer. Don't recall getting any detailed instructions for it. It worked though when they explained how to use it,.

    I just recently purchased a laptop that didn't have a CD drive. I wanted to be able to burn DVDs and CDs while on the go with my new laptop. So after a little research this portable drive was the biggest bang for my buck!

    I needed an external drive because my new Macs have no drives. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, so this one was a great fit. Terrific price. It was plug-and-play ready for my Macs, and has worked without difficulty each time I've used it.
