Great Portable Drive.

I took mine out and replaced it with a SSD drive. Then decided while on the road to purchase an external to use from time to time. Not happening.. so if you took your original out and need a replacement, get the LG

Even though most software and data you can download from the web my work still utilizes CD so this is a life saver.

LG External Drive Used for Loading CDs into iTunes

I load audiobooks into the drive which rest in iTunes. It does a great job and I expect this new drive will also load thousands of CDs like the old one.

Laptop not fully usable due to factory settings.

The sales people should not sell laptops without disabling the settings that prevent total use because most of us consumers have no idea how or what to do to access programs that are blocked by factory settings. This issue required a 60 mile round trip back to Best Buy to have a Geek Squad tech fix it. I was not happy about that!!!!!

With my limited usage the laptop is good so far.

Had a problem with the voice coming out of the speaker. I had to reconfigure the settings to get the speaker to work. The factory settings were incorrect. I am still getting familiar with the laptop. To early to give a true evaluation.
