CONVENIENT SIZE WORKS WELL AND HAS LOADING SOFTWARE.

Is doing a very good job for what purchased. happy with it.

I returned this dvd/cd player shortly after purchasing it because it did not come with the needed software to play movies. It advised me that I would have to spend another sixty dollars to purchase the desire software. I bought another one for half this price which included the software to play movies.

I didnt know about this as I had never had a plug & play DVD writer. But it works great & loads quickly and is a great accessory for my new all in one that did not have a DVD on board. It is so small but highly functional.

Great External DVD drive, insert loading space saver.

This product performs up to expectations. I recommend it.

Bought this unit to download software and music to my new laptop. Chose this drive based on the good reviews and the fact that it had a slot loading design vs a tray load.

Because of the Corona situation I was not able to make a store purchase. Had difficulty with what web site but the sales people in Marquette, Mi were able to correct the problem and have theater delivered to their store.

This is great for creating a playlist to play when I am on the go in the car. I bought it as an adjunct to my HP Envy 360 which does not have a DVD/CD player feature.

OK product. I found the interface between the drive and my MacBook Pro to be a bit slow. Be carful of what drive you purchase. The drive gets its power from the MacBook, and the MacBook didn't have enough power to run the drive.

I had so many old CD that I want to listen to and what old cd’s I burned in the past. It works great, no problems, just wish they kept a cd drive on the Apple computers.

I liked the fact it didn't have a drawer. It is made of plastic and does the job. If you have a Microsoft SP3 you will need to purchase a 'Y' cable so you can plug it into another USB port. The SP3's USBs port cannot power the drive by itself. This is the the case with just about every external DVD/RW drive I have looked into.

The format is not exactly what I wanted it to be converted to but I am still working with the product. Any suggestions would be great! Good product, compact and now I can convert my DVDs and CDs to an online format for viewing. All I had to do was plug it up!

This item works well and I have not had any issues with it. I have it a 4 because the build and quality of it has something to be desired. If a heavy object we're to sit on top of it, it feels like it would break. However for what it's made to do, be portable and to play CDs or dvds... it works just fine

It's a very nice laptop. No drive, so you have to buy an external burner for those still using disc. A little noisy. Battery does not last long at all. Just surfing the web or playing chess, I have to keep it plugged in or it will die within an hour or two if I'm lucky. Now if you're hard-core gaming? Look somewhere else. You will be in the same boat as I am right now. And I hardly use it. The graphics are excellent and it is fast. The fingerprint scanner needs some work. Always says it can't read finger. Annoying. And the keyboard, you won't be able to see the keys. Especially in the day. Silver and white keys? Not a good combo.

Good product. Just plug in to install. Reads discs well. No problems so far.

Inexpensive. Fine for my needs. I've only used it once.

Since my Mac mini did not come with a CD/DVD drive, I purchased this DVD±RW/CD-RW drive. It came with the needed USB cable which was a pleasant surprise, not having to buy something extra for a change. Works great and I am happy with my purchase.
