I was assured by the store clerk this would work with windows 11. I could not even open this to insert a Cd and it was not recognized in windows. i won't even go to LG support based on my experience yesterday. I'll just go with a SONY blue ray play player that has Wi-Fi and apparently can be accessed from my PC remotely. LG is good with big devices, but they appear to have neglected computer products.

It took two hours to load Office on my laptop with this reader. It reads comparable to another reader I had which was cheaper. As an average drive I would recommend it to others but I would advise doing some research first. There aren't very many options out there so this may be as good as it gets.
