    The LG DVD rom drive was the perfect fit for me. Its the perfect fit for any notebooks. I'm glad I could find it so cheap at Best Buy's.

    Bought for Macs. Thought the case was metal from looking at the box. It’s not. It’s a plastic case. Returned for a sturdier Apple Super drive.

    Wish it came with instructions. I couldn't figure out how it opened but it didn't. Just had to figure out where to slip the disk in.

    This is a very nice DVD there is not drawer that slides out. just put the CD/DVD in the slot and it reads. Very happy with this purchase.

    I still rip cds to my computer all of the time and thereis no cd drive on new Macbooks so this addition work for me
