    Able to use on both Mac and PC which means I only have to have one drive for two computers! easy to use but a little noisy.

    I still rip cds to my computer all of the time and thereis no cd drive on new Macbooks so this addition work for me

    Laptops these days do not have a CD/DVD built in and this thing does the trick. Loads quick and love the fact there is no tray.

    I purchased it & tried to copy a disc and couldn’t get it to work. So it’s just “there” taking up space. I called to get help and they couldn’t give me much help on the customer service line.

    Good drive for systems that do not have one built in. My only negative is that it can be a little loud, but that is manageable. Glad to have it.

    This drive is pretty good. I haven't used it that much but from what I've seen, it's pretty nice. USB interface.

    Does the job. Little loud and light tends to vibrate across the desk when in use. I think putting a mouse pad under it would take care of that.

    Now that laptops no longer have internal CD/DVD drives, this solves the problem. It has worked great so far and is remarkably compact.
