WINDOWS 10 USERS BEWARE! MAY CAUSE CRASH!

The Media Suite software was refusing to play any DVD's, so I returned to Best Buy. I then purchased this higher model and give it another try just thinking it was fluke. After completing the Media Suite download it came with it too refused to play DVD. Media Suite sent pop up saying that it's not a compatible version for Windows 10 users! So I click their link it directs you to Media's site were they ask to to upgrade to the latest version for $60! What a scam! I was just going to return this one too. After having trouble removing software and trying to restart computer it caused a my computer to crash! HP tech support is working with me to do a factory reboot my 2 month old computer!
