Works great. Lacks software

However, the minimal software that comes with it is useless. It pretty much just advertises software you can purchase. Windows 10 eliminates Windows Media Player. Will need to download software from another source to utilize this drive with Windows 10.

Good DVD drive

I had to bring it back and wait in a long line again to return it. They need more staff at the geek squad section and knowledgable staff.
