Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The optical drive was awesome (compact size any easy to use) for one month, then it just stopped working. It won’t even turn on. Nothing happens when it is plugged into any computer. The computer doesn’t even recognize it is there. It only gets one star for ease of use, because not working impairs it’s ability to be used. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a “force open/ manual override” button, usually a tiny hole where you insert a pin, to retrieve a disk that might have been left in the drive.
