Definitely returning.

The DVD software was VERY difficult to use and was full of upgrade purchases to do more than we needed. We only wanted to have the ability to play DVDs on a laptop that did not have a DVD player built in.

Very slow

First of all when I took it out of the box, the covering on the top of unit was all bubbled and will rip soon. It is also a very slow working unit. It takes forever to get something loaded
