Once I got everything working, LG wanted me to buy extra protection before I could use it. I therefore disconnected it and returned. Found another that was compatible to my HP Laptop.

Turned out the first time I used it, the disc got stuck and it was a headache to eject. After it was ok but the problem continued. Might be the discs I'm using, but I am unsure. Over I believe it is a good product.
