What's great is there is no tray for this unit, just slide in the disk. Eject system is also great. I don't have to worry about toting it around and having the tray eject accidently with chances of causing damage to the drive. Comes with software with extra apps.

Great Option for "Writing" DVDs

It is easy to use and does a great job.

Plus, it has great reviews and the price wouldn't hurt much if I screwed up and bought the wrong one. So far this works like a charm, and it was so easy to instal. All I did was plug it in, and you're done! Throw in a DVD, and let it do it's thing.

Even damaged DVDs (minor scratches, small deposits, etc) are played unless it is damaged to a great extent. Cool tool to play movies and burn discs.

All I did was hook it up and put in my Photoshop software. Didn't need to use the software disc that comes with it. I'm sure it'll come in handy again someday. Good alternative to the Apple SuperDrive!

It was $30 cheaper at check out and I didn't want to step out of line. I am glad I accidentally bought this one. I just want to learn how to map the eject button on the keyboard.
