wow this is a great product works perfect better then apple

I bought this for my new iMac, because the new Mac's doesn't come with a DVD drive. Plus, it has great reviews and the price wouldn't hurt much if I screwed up and bought the wrong one. So far this works like a charm, and it was so easy to instal. All I did was plug it in, and you're done! Throw in a DVD, and let it do it's thing.

I had been using this with my Mac for a month now and this has been able to read/write DVDs at will. Even damaged DVDs (minor scratches, small deposits, etc) are played unless it is damaged to a great extent. Cool tool to play movies and burn discs.

Works simply, and perfectly. Just plug it into the computer, and it's ready to go.

Haven't used it much. Just needed it to put Photoshop on my Mac Air. All I did was hook it up and put in my Photoshop software. Didn't need to use the software disc that comes with it. I'm sure it'll come in handy again someday. Good alternative to the Apple SuperDrive!

This product was easy to use and set up. It is exactly what I was looking for.

This DVD reader is faster than I thought at reading disks. It's kind of noisy, but not for very long and not very annoying. So far, it's done what I wanted it to do which is allow me to install slightly older game disks onto my gaming computer. I don't know if I can use it to watch movies on my computer, though, as I haven't tried to.

Worked perfectly where others had problems. I purchased two previous dvd's online at Amazon. This one had no issues.

I accidentally bought this instead of the apple branded Superdrive. It was $30 cheaper at check out and I didn't want to step out of line. I am glad I accidentally bought this one. I just want to learn how to map the eject button on the keyboard.

This player was easy to use right out of the box. It performs flawlessly and is exactly what I needed.

I chose this drive to occasionally pair with my Macbook Pro and my Dell XPS 13. The Apple superdrive only works with Macs. Looks great and works great regardless of the laptop it's connected to.

Bought this to be able to use Turbo Tax CD with my Apple computer. Worked exactly as intended. Price was right. No complaints.

It’s a great item but to be honest, I haven’t had the chance to look at it because been very busy packing my things because we are moving and selling the house.
