Did exactly as I expected in half the time I expected with a significant cost savings and ease of use over a time capsule. I now have backups stored in 2 diff states!

Purchased this for a mac, but my main reasons i leaned towards this over the Apple Superdrive is that this drive is also compatible with Windows, and its cheaper.
