    The product worked well with my Windows 10/Dell laptop. I used it to burn music CD's from my recorder for an event. Sound was very good.

    I experienced a problem in installing the unit but a visit to the store solved the problem. The DVD worked and I am satisfied with the product.

    Works as stated makes all cd and dvd copies easy to get up and running just run the disc

    My old laptop had a built-in DVD+RW that I didn't use all that much, but did not want to give up. This was a very viable solution.

    Such an awesome device and very easy to use. I didn't have problems with is at all until my chromebook broke my hard drive.
