The company that is fixing it said the part is on back order. Over 2 weeks now and can't use our brand new dryer. Tried calling Best Buy support to see if we can get a new one or if they can help. Was on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. Very frustrating to pay so much money for a dryer and it doesn't work. Also extremely frustrating that I can't get any support from Best Buy. First and last time I buy an appliance from Best Buy.

For the biggest capacity on the market you think it would heat the cloths up out the box right? No way. Cool air and 2-3 cycles until the loads would dry (even then they were damp). Repair came in said it was the motor and it needs replaced. Had this new version purring like a kitten until, now. A couple months later. Blowing cool air out. Again. A piece of garbage for what it costs and how big it is.

I have the matching washer but was a little disappointed with the light feature on yhe dryer. You can turn on the light anytime with the washer but cannot with the dyer unless you are starting a load
