Have had gas dryers previously and none made this kind of noise (sounds like a blow torch running). Loud enough to have to close the laundry room door. Would expect better for a machine costing this much.

BUT I got this because I wanted to automate this with time or my phone. I CANT! yikes... I have to leave the unit on, PROGRAM IT to listen to my phone.. THEN I can start it using their app. I cant remotely turn it on. This is advertised as though you can integrate it with IFTT or some other smart application. I wasnt able to sadly.

I am stuck with no answers and a useless machine. I am also elite plus member but nothing!

Good product when working but too many defects for a high end machine. Wireless app is also useless as it needs to be on to use. You can't turn the dryer on with it? Silly.

Setting not like washer
