The operation of this dryer is extremely easy and the results are stunning. The steam drawing feature is one of the things I particularly like because it leaves the clothes nice and supple when you remove them. Super satisfied with this dryer.

Love the gas dryer dries fast and has many cycle features for most cycles and cheaper to use than electric the only con is you have to constantly rotate comforters but not a deal breaker as you do it in almost all dryers

Love all the features that are on this dryer. I have noticed how much quicker my laundry dries and I love the cool down cycle that keeps clothes from wrinkling. It also has a sensing cycle that stops the dryer when it senses they are dry enough.

Great size as you can fit larger items that you would normally need to take to a laundromat to wash and dry. I provides you many options for drying including using steam. Living in Wisconsin, I have had issues with the unit not working and giving an error code when the outside temp is below zero. My biggest reason for only giving it a 3 star rating is: one year and 3 months after I bought and took possession, the control head failed and I ended up needing to spend almost $400 dollars for a new one to be installed. Now I hold my breath everytime I turn it on. The repair person said it failing must be a fluke. Well the fluke still cost me almost $400.

This dry looks nice and work every good I like it I will refer for my family, my friends for all my friends I tell them this dry work good and so nice

While I got the last one they had for Gas, it had to be delivered to the store. They loaded it in my car trailer and I inspected the box for obvious damage if any. Got it home and took the box off. Low and behold it was damaged. Dented! It had to be done at the factory as the box was not damaged . Since COVID caused delays I decided to bang out the dent a little so the drum didn't rub against it We were very happy with the sales people and it did get delivered to store on time...this was not a Best Buy error in my mind. Would I order again from Best Buy?? Yes..the sales person Cody went above and beyond. He knew his stuff. Thus my rating of three stars because of the damage.

Very efficient for its huge size. We did not get rebate from city/county, but we brought it because of our 8 person family. Works excellent.

I am completely happy with the 9.0 LG Dryer. Did my research before purchasing. I had thought the largest option in dryers was 7.5 and I was going no smaller. My goal was the ability to wash/dry a king size comforter. Online I just happened to notice this model in the right nav, and so happy it caught my eye. I had no idea anyone offered 9.0 capacity. There was not one in the store, I ordered based completely on my online research. I ordered on a Wednesday and it was delivered installed that Friday! The Steam Fresh cycle is great. I've run all my bed pillows through it. Haven't had the opportunity to use the Steam Sanitary, but no reason to believe it won't deliver as promised. If you have a family, having this much capacity will undoubtedly make your life easier and less time spent on laundry tasks. The only item which I will point out on the less loved side of the ledger is the lower navigation on the control panel. They used a light to darker gray gradient and it's a bit difficult to read. The options above each selection category light up when selected, so no problem there, but there is no lighting effect for the lower category names. Since I work from home, I likely won't be using the Wi-Fi app so can't provide feedback. I am completely happy with the options and performance and SIZE most importantly for me, of this dryer. Money well spent.

The best dryer, I love it , is big enough for my big blankets and leaves my clothes very soft and the steamer works great to refresh clothes

Nice to have a dryer that can handle comforters, sleeping bags, or whatever we throw at it. Still learning all the options, but VERY satisfied with this purchase. I had to do the install because I needed a side vent kit, but BestBuy was upfront about that going in. I would purchase this again in a hot second. One word of caution: if drying a large load of heavy blankets or a comforter, don't use the highest setting. If the load doesn't have space to shift (yes, I know, how did I overload a 9cf dryer...) you get hot spots. The sidevent kit part number listed in the manual has been replaced by a newer version. Bestbuy doesn't offer the sidevent kit. The new part number as of May of 2018 is LG Electronics 3911EZ9131X Dryer Side or Bottom Venting Kit. This is a huge, quiet dryer that I expect to use for many years.

Very large capacity and very easy to use. Dries cloths very fast. We have had our expectations exceeded. Super quiet, efficient, and the controls daunting at first are super easy to use. We are pleased and happy with the unit. We like the different settings for this dryer. Even if it is a small load to be energy efficient.

I love not going to the laundromat to do my comforters, especially since I have a Cal King. Jeans dry completely on medium heat without taking all day. Soft blankets get dried without scorching or melting the fabric. I love the steam options that reduce wrinkles or refresh clothes. You can do quite a bit of clothes to refresh items that had been put away for the season. The best is putting a towel or blanket in to warm for added comfort.

So far so good. We love everything about this dryer, like the new lint collector design, the anti wrinkle perform well make ironing easier big enough to put a comforter but I wouldn’t put a king size in. Run smooth and quiet. High heat setting is very hot even normal setting I only use low setting for mine

Has several cycles. I can dry a huge load, which is what I was looking for. It is easy to use, it has great steaming cycles, the clothes come out as if they were ironed. Lastly, it lights up and the final tone is a beautiful song.

Drying time reduced along with the wrinkles and creases; capacity is perfect for my household; runs with a quiet hum; hoping the drum quality is better on this gen of LG dryers & lasts 10 yrs just like my old one

This is the perfect dryer. Have not used the steam feature yet, but everything else works great. Love the large size and the quick drying time.

I love it. Easy to use, dry quickly. It can performance in many functions.
