BEFORE BUYING THIS PRODUCT CLEAN YOUR VENTILATION DUCTWORK!!!! Or else it will not work!!!!!! Unless you have cleaned your ductwork in the past year... So far, the steam dryer seems to be performing very well. Clothes are dry but you have to pick correct cycle - and so far - undamaged. Otherwise happy with the product.

If you need a really large dryer, you're not going to find a bigger one. I can't recommend it, however, as it does not have ThinQ internet connectivity.

So far the washer is good comparable a Kenmore similar model. I like the smart function that sends an alert to my phone when a cycle is done....really helpful when your laundry is 8n the basement.

I had to exchange the fist set due to not being able to get pedestals in a timely manor. The process was flawless thanks to Autumn in the appliance department! Top notch!

Wow this dryer is awesome. It drys the close so fast. It looks very nice with the stainless steal look. Very glad we bought this product.

It was not installed by the seller as we had to get a plumber to change the gas shut off unit. Still waiting to get the old dryer hauled away. It is frustrating to say the least.

This delivery was prompt and early. The two delivery men were efficient and tidy. They even wiped the floor of water.

Its difficult finding the right gas dryer that won't wrinkle your clothes but this is it. Hope it lasts for years to come.

Lg washer and dryer are good and reliable; this will be our second purchase mainly because of the quality.

Our dryer is everything that we expected it to be. It does a great job and operates quietly.

We have had a great experience with this dryer so far. The only complaint is that the sensors don't do as well in drying very small loads. It doesn't sense the clothes moisture very well with only a few small items. So when the tone goes off that the load is done, the clothes come out damp. We have to dry the small load a few times to get them to dry. It works fine on normal sized loads though.

Very nice design. Also, very easy to use. Doesnt make any noise while washing. Im so happy with this product. Highly recommend.
