Great washing machine and dryer. Recommend definitely.

Love the lint catcher. More efficient than previous dryer. Only complaint, is doesn’t dry completely in permanent press cycle.

I only had it for a month. My clothes are dry. The thing I didn’t like was I had to run it twice to dry my king sized comforter. It still didn’t dried, so I end up hang drying it.

Love this gas dryer because of its huge capacity. It is very easy to use.

Best Buy used the ‘store within a store’ concept (referred to as the PAC) and 3rd party installation services (NAL). This means once the product is sold by ‘best buy’ it’s really up to others to get it delivered and installed. And here’s where it goes wrong... store employees, managers and regional managers are helpless (but well intentioned). Best Buy almost does NOTHING to help if there is a ‘glitch’ in their system status and when, or if things don’t go as planned. And things went really wrong resulting in months of delayed product (two washers, a dryer and a refrigerator) which sat in a store warehouse ready for delivery less then a few miles from our house. But due to their SYSTEMS status and no one authorized to think outside the box, and personnel knowing it was a problem but unable to change a system status they had our product and couldn’t even give us a refund!!! But they were able to remind us at every turn that it was just wrong. It took, call after call, after call, up to their regional manager to get someone who basically said, don’t follow what the system says, DELIVER THE PRODUCTS. The price might be a BEST BUY, but the service is delivery is a best a WORST IMPLEMENTATION or DELIVERY NIGHTMARE. Just if things go wrong, don’t expect anyone to think outside of the box store process here. Where it really drains your costs is that there is no recoup of costs lost (paid for laundry mat to get my wash done, which can get expensive), driving to stores (multiple to get to the right people). At at times didn’t even get the right answers from people in their deliver chain, nothing from NAL (AVOID NAL at all costs). What is the worst is the Best Buy policy that you cannot call into their stores it all goes to a central call center, whereby you get nowhere, other than put on hold for at least 20-30 minutes at a time and are given no solution. After being given the run around and delays for months, finally received the products, btw some parts missing (amazing) and had to arrange for installation services from another company (thank you Roto Rooter, for your time and professionalism) because the Best Buy 3rd party NAL was a complete no show of service. Does this ‘store within a store’ work? Financially for Best Buy = YES, for the customer = please read this review again and decide for yourself.
