    The machine looked wonderful. Only the installers and delivery guys were a nightmare! The literally left this expensive washer in my driveway for over a week! I was threatened by Best Buy if anything would happen to it.

    I purchased the expensive LG washer and dryer set thinking they would be more reliable. Not true at all. 2 years and one month later the dryer started to shake violently, and is useless now. Of course it’s out of LG’s useless one year warranty. Buy LG!

    I've never bought a worse item in my life. Not only was it not working, LG came 6 times to fix it and it's still not fixed. And, every visit was spaced out by 10+ days, so, we're still waiting for a technician to fix it!

    Turned itself off once it started heating up. It took 3 weeks and over 10 hours on hold from best buy to return

    The dryer worked great the first week I had it. Now in the second week it won't start. I'm not very happy with the product!

    They had problem with the dripping pan, we bought a new one but for scheduling an appointment we are having a very very very very hard time and we are totally frustated. They schedule a install and no one shows up, we call next time they say it's not scheduled properly and they reschedule again they don't show up, funny part they say no appointment is scheduled. Worst customer service we have ever seen, so irresponsible. They keep you on hold for 40 mins and no help at last.

    Warranty AIG no service

    We had this dryer for just over 5 years and during that time only problem was dryer drum rollers failed warranty covers it thru Best Buy no problems with repair great job Now my steamer is not working I’m past beat buy 5 year warranty now with the remaining 5 year warranty with AIG it’s terrible no one knows what to do they can’t find and service tech in my area DeMotte And trying to call LG is worse.we are happy with the size and for our large blankets it drying

    Purchased this model on May 2018. Power board burned on Jan 2019. After a dozen tech visit and 3 power board replacement it is still dead. LG will not replace it. It has customer care trained to torture customers. Alabama customer after sending to 2 emails claimed they don’t have my Email address. After 12 tech visits to my home they said they don’t have my address. They broke Lemon law and warranty contract. Don’t buy LG if it works it is good, But if it fails how costly the appliance is they will not replace it
