Product great, installation and follow up - nogood

Also the technicians who installed the dryer had to be shown how to level the product - right next to the washer and bent the crap out of the dryer vent pipe (new part of the install costs). The technician responsible for bending indicated he would come back with a replacement pipe - have yet to hear from anyone.

Monster Dryer

This dryer seems like one of those muscle cars. It just looks awesome!!!! The color as well gives it a distinct look. You can fit a Cal King comforter with no problem. The dryer is large and wide and can’t say enough good things about it. There’s also quite a bit of dryer options. Not to mention I got it on sale for $1214.99

I love this washer!

Solid dryer, huge capacity, longevity TBD

Purchased this so we could wash our comforters. Made sure to level the unit front-back, side to side, and diagonally. Almost no vibration. So much quieter than our old unit. The first few times the dryer did not dry the load thoroughly. It left a ball of wet clothes in the center. Seems to be better now though, after a few more uses. There are also a lot of different cycle options. My only concern now is the longevity. Hope that it runs smoothly for years to come.
