Great features and integrated storage
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Good stick vac. the storage tower that self empties the canister is the winning feature. Worth the extra cost. Comes with attachments I actually use. Extra battery with onboard charging gives me more than enough runtime to vac my lower rec level of about 1400 sq ft and a large sectional needing constant hair clearing because of 2 cats. The vac for upstairs is another brand and works well but I avoid it and the dusty mess it makes when emptying the canister

Great vacuum
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.T he only bad thing about this vacuum is the price. It is amazing to use, cleans well and is light and easy. Battery lasts a long time and it has a second one too, but I have not had to use it so far. The self cleaning after use is amazing! Looks brand new after each use, and no dog hair smell remaining. Well worth the price.

Works great
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was worried about battery life, but more than adequate for the 20 minutes it took to vacuum my home. Spare battery gave peace of mind. Picked up dirt my traditional wired vacuum had left. Great purchase.

Perfect for mobility issues - very lightweight!
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I tell you I want to purchase 2 I mean it! It's so convenient, was easy to assemble, and it's almost perfect. I've had mutliple vacuums over the years (never a Dyson), but this gets the job done and is super convenient and accessible for someone with disabilities/limited mobility. I can get a full 2b/2b cleaning in on one charge, I've not had to empty the bin or replace the filter in months (it prompts you when it's time), The only negative is that one of the large attachement does not fit into the base like it is supposed to. The mobile app is clunky and almost useless unless you just want to keep track of the charge but you receive multiple batters so idk.

Add LED lights!!!!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love everything about this vacuum and want to give it 5 stars but the fact that they didn’t add LED lights on the vacuum head will always bewilder me. Every stick vacuum should have them. This vacuum is great but I have NO idea what I am missing because I can’t see anything without lights on the front. Any and every vacuum should have LED lights, regardless.

Best wireless vacuum ever
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My wife absolutely loves this vacuum and Me too. The battery last long enough to do a 4 bedroom 2300sf house. Comes with extra battery just in case charged and ready in the tower. The bags in the tower last really long. Be ware of false full lights just take the bag out and try to level it with your hands.

Expensive
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Battery is not good , the battery will not last long if you increase the mode , it has side doors and I don’t know why , just for 2 tiny accessories, it’s huge

Not for everyday use
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Giving it 3 stars for the stand concept which help with not worrying about running out of battery. HOWEVER, we used this on daily basis and started showing weakness after 5 months and major issues after 10 months of use, I will try to see how they deal with the warranty exchange and will edit this review. But for now I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

LG Cord Zero Vacuum with Auto Empty
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The vacuum works great on wood floor and carpet. I love the sleek design and having a compartment for the accessories is a real plus. The best feature is the auto empty!! Not having to deal with emptying the canister is happiness for my allergies.

Great replacement to our old Dyson
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great replacement to our old dyson.I like that I don't have to hold the power button like the Dyson and the expandable stick. The bag on the base are supposed to be replaced but reusable ones online fyi.

A quiet powerhouse
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My first concern when getting the LG CordZero vacuum was the size of the base station. The concern was real (mostly). The base station, where you hang the vacuum to charge is rather large. Not a lot larger than a full-size vacuum to be fair. Unlike a vacuum though, you have to plug it in, it has to have a couple of inches clearance behind it and about 8 inches of clearance on each side to open the attachment doors. If that wasn't enough, they recommend for it to not be placed on carpet because it might fall over. Now I don't have any hard floors near an outlet so I've put it on my low level carpet and it's fine. Just be aware that this is not recommended. One other item of note is that wherever you place the base station it is designed to not move around a lot. The station is heavy, about 25lbs. Pick a spot and leave it there. I've opened my review with this downer information because it may be a deal-breaker for you. I have had a variety of vacuums and it seems like anything made in this century is good so I didn't know why this would be any different. Here comes the laundry list of why it's different. This is my first cordless vacuum and I have to say, I'm immediately hooked. I can go anyplace in the house without being tethered and it feels good. Once you feel the freedom of no cord, you realize this vacuum isn't loud. Other than a little high pitched shreaking noise that doesn't seem to go away, it is amazingly quiet. To be specific, I registered it at 70db. If I went to the other side of a wall it was only 55db. I could watch TV while someone else was vacuuming the house. Compare that to a cyclone type vacuum that runs about 90db. I'm free to move about and I'm not killing my ears. The next cool thing is its suction. It's like magic. It had no problem picking up everything on my carpet. I have several additional floor rugs in the carpeted and uncarpeted locations in the house. The suction is so gentle that I can run the vacuum over the carpets without them getting sucked up and bent out of shape. Yet it picks up the dirt and dust. Magic! Now we get to the reason that we got this vacuum. We are old school folks and my wife hates the dust bins in all the vacuums. Opening it up to empty means getting a trash bag, putting the device inside and letting it drain so the dust cloud stays in the bag, not the air. The base station of the LG CordZero will automatically suck the contents of the cannister into a bag. No airborne particles to worry about. It is so cool! Yes, we'll have on-going maintenance costs to keep buying bags but for us its worth it. The battery life is good if you run it in normal mode. They estimate 40 minutes or so. It comes with 2 batteries so you'll always have a backup. If you run it in Turbo mode then it will drain in about 6 minutes. I haven't had to put it in Turbo for normal vacuuming but I did have to do it to cut my hair (I have a vacuum based hair cutting device). Because of it's small size (height) , you can get underneath a bed. Something only the robot vacuums could do. Also because of its small size, it doesn't generate a lot of heat in the exhaust. The attachments that come with the unit are sufficient but I wish it included a flexible hose. The attachments are all about a foot long or so. That means you have to hold the base unit where you want to use it. The base unit is pretty small so its easy'ish to hold but it would be nicer to have a flexible hose so I could set it down while dusting and such. You can purchase the hose separately though. Speaking of attachments, that brings me to something that bothers me a lot in the base station. The doors don't open all the way, 90 degrees. They open about 70 degrees so it makes it a bit odd to get to the attachments that are stored in the base. I'm looking at the hinges and unless those doors snap open, they don't feel right. Until I see that this is true, I'm not pushing my luck and having them snap off. In the end, the LG CordZero turns out to be quite a different vacuum. The pros way outweigh cons. My cyclone cleaner may be gifted to a friend. This vacuum is light, quiet, picks up the dirt, doesn't heat the room when doing hand vacuuming, and is gentle at the same time.

Not worth your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overpriced vacuum. I first bought it back in November of 2023 and had to exchanged it a week later because it stopped working. We took home the same model to give it another chance and few month later it started showing some quality issues. Locking tab on dust collector lid won’t lock properly and it would open while vacuuming. Vacuum would stop working every so often on a full battery.
