It is a great vacuum, just not what I am used to. I had an LG Cord Zero and a hard floor attachment that I purchased separately from LG. I bought my stick vacuum in 2020 and it lasted almost the 5 years of my warranty. Since they didn’t have the same exact model, I went with this upgraded model that also has the mopping feature. I just don’t think I’ll use the mopping feature. Too much hassle to go thru vs a spray bottle and simple swifter type mop. The whole set-up is cool looking but the vacuum is noticeably heavier, takes up a lot more space with the stand, and I don’t like that you have to continually replace the bags for emptying the vacuum contents. I feel like the bags should be reusable a few times. But they made them where you have to replace the bag after each time it is full. Overall, it’s a nice vacuum and stand if you like all the extra bells and whistles. I prefer the vacuum that I had previously and I’m able to order that from LG at a cheaper cost. My favorite thing about Best Buy is their geek squad warranty. The five-year warranty really is the best and it allowed me to upgrade to this vacuum or you can get a gift card in the amount of the original purchase. Of course they don’t refund you for your warranty cost.

I would consider this a very convenient vacuum and system overall but the power head has a flaw to where it breaks at the connection you can put it together or back together a couple of times then it won't go back together I have personally bought three extra powerheads direct from LG just to keep it going but after the third one broke time to return

I'm a neat freak. I collect cleaning supplies and gadgets like Beanie Babies and I am always on the lookout for the latest and greatest. Well, it would seem that I can stop looking for a vacuum for quite a while. The LG CordZero All-In-One is an incredibly powerful and versatile machine. No matter what type of flooring you have to clean, the CordZero can clean it. The fact that it also comes with a great Auto-empty/charging base station, that also holds all the accessories, is pure gravy. I was surprised when this thing showed up on my doorstep. The box is HUGE and weighs like 50 lbs (that's according to the shipping label). Fortunately the box top lifts right off after cutting the straps and you have two over-boxes, one for the vacuum and one for the base station. It was great to see that while I was unpacking this thing, that LG quite thoughtfully packs in A LOT of spare consumables in the pack. You get several storage bags for the auto-empty system, extra filters, two sets of mop heads, and two batteries. There is very little work to be done to set everything up since the base station is a complete unit and the vacuum really just has three parts (the vacuum, the extension tube, and whichever cleaning head you might need to use). All the extras can either be stored inside the base-station cubbies on either side or hanging off of the very cool, flip-around hooks on the side doors. The spare battery has a nice home under the top cover of the device which also has the indicators for the system. Within minutes I was using the multi-floor cleaning head and going from carpet to hardwood and back to carpet again. The CordZero handled both types of floors quite nicely with the dual cleaning heads and an incredible amount of suction. Seriously, this thing was pulling itself along like a self-rolling lawnmower. It was just dying to clean. I have what many people would consider to be the current 'king' of the vacuum world, (at least in home vacuums) and it has been my favorite brand of vacuum for quite some time, but I think LG just came for the crown and snatched it quite firmly. That other brand won my OCD heart when it pulled up even more dirt from a recently vacuumed floor that my old vacuum couldn't pull up. Well the CordZero just did the same to the former champ. There are A LOT of things to really like about the LG CordZero: 1. Power: So. Much. POWER! Seriously, I had to dial it down a bit (another nice feature BTW, that you can adjust the power on the fly), to keep it from dragging me around the house. 2. The Dual-Floor Max Nozzle: I love that I don't need to swap out floor heads when vacuuming the house and I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having dedicated floor heads. 3. Adjustable Extension Pipe: I was going to say that one of the few places that LG could improve to REALLY put the nail in the coffin of their biggest competitor would be to make the extension pipe adjustable, but what do you know, they actually DID, I just didn't notice. This makes it SO MUCH easier to do stairs since I can shorten the pipe and not be several steps up or down to make things work. 4. The Auto Empty System: It's actually quite fun to dock the vacuum on the base-station and hear it spin up and then catch the 'Whomp' of the dirt ball being sucked into the disposable bag inside. 5. The Dual Battery System: Each battery can last quite a while at moderate setting but if you are going all out at Max-Power, you will suck through those batteries pretty quickly (about 20 minutes by my count), but the secondary battery that stays charged in the dock makes for an easy swap-out and continuation of the power clean. 6. The Accessories: LG gives a great selection of additional tools and supplies with the CordZero. The only accessory I think I'm going to order from them is the flexible hose extension. And that's only a nice to have, I have pretty much everything I need right out of the box. 7. The Ergonomics: I love the handle on this CordZero and the on/off button. I've come to really hate the handle and trigger mechanism on my other vacuum and have come to value a nice grip and simple push-button on/off. There are a couple things that are just a bit 'Meh' but aren't really bad about the CordZero: 1. The Power: Yes, while the power is good, you REALLY need to pay attention to what you are cleaning and which cleaning head you are using. The core vacuum and the pet nozzle are NOT to be trifled with! LG warns you in the manual that it should not be used on a surprisingly long list of surfaces but they aren't kidding. That rubber cleaning head will take fur up but it will also start stripping fibers from the surface if you aren't careful. 2. The Mop Nozzle: I was really hoping that this was going to be as stellar as the vacuum, and while it is good, it doesn't seem to be that much better than some of the low-powered mop kits. It DOES save you from having to scrub since the rotating heads take care of that, but you almost have to fight it to get it to go where you want (the counter-rotating heads don't keep things as stable as I would assume they would). Also, LG doesn't give you any recommendation on a cleaning solution to use so I'm not sure if the cleaner I mixed in was actually the best to use. All I know is that I cleaned sections of both my tile and 'wood' flooring and it doesn't look appreciably cleaner than the non-cleaned parts. Again, that may be because my floors aren't that dirty, but still. 3: The Bin Size: With the CordZero being so powerful, you are going to picking up a lot of dirt and debris. Unfortunately, that is going to fill up the bin pretty quickly. LG does give you a nifty 'tamp-down' lever to give you some additional room in the bin but still, you can fill it up in no time. Granted, it is a switch off for bin-size and portability, and since the a quick docking cleans the bin in no time without having to take off the cleaning head, it is kind of a non-issue. All-in-all, I'm ecstatic with my new LG CordZero vacuum. It is the new king of my cleaning tools and it will probably stay there for quite some time!

I had high hopes for the LG CordZero All-In-One Wet/Dry Stick Vacuum with Power Mop. It’s essentially a cordless stick vacuum that can also operate as a power floor mop. It comes with a large base station that charges the vacuum and the spare battery. It also stores the attachments for the vacuum and auto empties the vacuum into a storage bag for disposal when it is full. The unit itself can be adjusted for length, which is nice since I have much longer arms than the other members of my family. The box contains the vacuum body, extension pipe, pre-filter, 2 quick change batteries, combination tool, crevice tool, dual floor max nozzle, bedding nozzle, pet nozzle, power mop pro nozzle, 4 mop pads, water tank filler, and some paperwork. The vacuum body has controls to turn the unit off and on, “+” and “-“ buttons, and a status display panel. The “+” button increases the suction when it is used as a vacuum and sprays when it is in mopping mode. The “-“ button decreases the suction when in vacuum mode and is also used to setup Wi-Fi for use with the LG ThinQ app. The status display panel has a clogged objects indicator, filter cleaning cycle alarm indicator, Wi-F indicator and battery level indicator. The LG ThinQ app can be user to show cleaning history, filter cleaning cycle alarm, filter cleaning guide, software updates and running vacuum diagnostics. The vacuum also has a Kompressor lever which compresses hair and fibers inside the dustbin and wipes the inside walls of the dust bin. The power vacuum nozzle consists of a spinning fiber brush and a sub-brush for picking up larger objects. I found when vacuuming, the device works pretty well. It picks up the dust, dirt, hair and small objects on the floor. It also works well on tightly woven carpets, but it noticeably slows down. The problem comes when trying to vacuum a rug or carpet with longer fibers. The nozzle jams up and you have to turn the device off and on again to get it working again. The mop nozzle consists of a removeable water/soap chamber, a spray nozzle, 2 counter-rotating disks, and the pads that attach to the disks. You are supposed to pre-wet the pads, wring out any excess water then attach them to the disks with a Velcro-like connection. As you are mopping, the rotating pads are supposed to be scrubbing the floor. Using the spray button should spray a pattern of the soapy water from the water compartment onto the floor. The problem is that it sprays a long distance. I found that I have to lift the back of the mop head off the ground so that the spray nozzle sprays more directly on the floor. If I don’t do that, I can spray the wall from over 6 feet away. It would be nice if the nozzle was adjustable. The other issue is that nothing sucks up the dirty soap and water from the floor. While some of the dirt gets trapped in the pads, I think at least as much is left on the floor once it dries. The unit has some nice features and I do like it, but I think that for the price, they could have done better with the design. Hopefully, they will listen to customer feedback and make some change in the next version of the product.

    Excellent Stick Vacuum, Adequate Mop

I've been using the new LG CordZero All-in-One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum for about a week. This vacuum has some cool features and tools, such as the automatic emptying tower, the spraying wet mop head, the combination soft and hard dry roller head, a smaller furniture head, and two crevice tools. Most of the attachments fit neatly inside the tower's doors, while the two larger heads stay attached to the vacuum or hang off the side of the tower. Everything assembled looks like a truly high-tech, upscale, and well-thought-out package. While using the CordZero for vacuuming on wood floors, I was extremely impressed by its suction power and its ability to pick up everything it encountered without getting bogged down. This included a significant amount of German Shepherd hair. If the dustbin looked too full, I was able to compress the contents using the Kompressor lever. Additionally, the roller never became tangled when it encountered random strings from dog toys or long human hair. Also, the integrated light made finding dirt and hair I would have missed very easy to capture. When using it on carpet, again, the performance was impressive. The suction left me confident that it picked up everything it could. However, on thinner rugs, I encountered my first issue. The suction is so strong that it would pull the rug off the floor and jam the roller heads, causing them to stop completely. Fortunately, after reading the manual, I found there was a way to reduce the suction. At its lowest suction power, the CordZero was able to clean even the thinnest rug I had without issue. When used on my sofas, the furniture cleaning head and crevice tools did an amazing job of removing any crumbs or dog hair. This will eliminate the need for sticky surface rollers from my shopping cart. As for the spraying mop head, it's best used for small, simple tasks like cleaning paw prints. For larger messes like a dropped egg or spilled cereal, it's completely unusable. While using it for simple cleanup, it did an adequate job. The sprayer nozzle ensured I kept a wet surface, and the pads picked up the dirt. My biggest gripe with the mop head is that setting it up, using it, and cleaning it is inconvenient. After wetting the pads, filling the water container, installing it on the vacuum, cleaning the floor, and then cleaning and drying all the equipment, I could have just Swiffered the floor. As for the tower, I mentioned earlier that it is self-emptying. By that, I mean that when the vacuum is docked, it will suck out all the debris in the dustbin and put it into a vacuum bag. It then double filters the air before blowing the filtered air back into the room. This is likely a great feature for someone with asthma or allergies. However, I don't think it will be very useful for my household because it introduces a need to buy vacuum bags when I could have just dumped the dustbin contents in the trash. So, that's pretty much what I do - I dump the contents in the trash and let the tower suck out what is leftover. As for the two large 200-minute batteries, they do provide a lot of power and runtime, but they also take almost five hours to recharge inside of the tower. With that said, the CordZero is an excellent, long-lasting stick vacuum with fantastic suction and cleaning abilities. But the novelty features weren't that practical and just didn't impress me much.

Great Vacuum, Not So Great Extra Features

This works great as a vacuum, but some of the extra features don’t work so well. Here is the pros and cons list. Pros: - Picks up all the dirt very well on the floors and carpet including in the corners. It slides fairly flat and twists great. I have two dogs that shed a lot and it was able to pick up all the dog hair. - The lights on the front work great for seeing what you are doing. - The compressor feature works well for moving the dirt to the end of the holding tank, even when the tank was very full, including with dog hair. - Both batteries together lasted about an hour and a half. It wasn’t as long as LG claimed but was more than enough to clean my 1400 sq ft house with battery life to spare. - Installing the app and connecting the vacuum to it worked flawlessly. The app gives you information like when service is needed, how many times you have vacuumed and how long you vacuumed for. I’m honestly not sure how useful this is though. This is another case where something is smart just to be smart. - The vacuum seemed to be slightly quieter than other ones I have used. - The mop did a decent job with the kitchen floor however it did leave a lot of water remaining that took a while to dry on its own. It is possible that I sprayed too much water though. Setting it up to start was easy as was taking it down when done. You do have to let everything dry out before putting the mop accessory back together and hanging it up on the base station. - The base station holds all the accessories. No need to have the extra parts hanging around not knowing where to put them. - The accessories work well as they are supposed to. Cons: - It is very difficult to move the vacuum on some rugs. It moves easily on some rugs, but some are extremely difficult. - It didn’t do such a good job of cleaning under the furniture. It got somewhat under the edges of the furniture which was decent but wasn’t flat enough to go all the way under like some other vacuums I have owned. - It doesn’t stand up on its own. This wasn’t surprising since all the cordless vacuums I have owned were the same way. I was just hoping this did stand up on its own. - The auto empty feature did not work well at all. It removed about half of the dirt in the tank, but it was still necessary for me to stick my hand in there and pull out the rest of the dirt. Given that this seems to be a feature that brings up the price by a lot and would be a good feature if it worked, I am disappointed that it didn’t work better. Overall, this is great as a vacuum, but all of the bells and whistles don’t work so great and for such an expensive product, I would expect that some things worked better, given its best feature is its ability to vacuum, there are other less expensive choices that probably work as well.

LG CordZero Dry Vacuum / Wet Mop

My wife tasked me with getting her a cordless vacuum for our home. I picked this one based on the brand reputation and the specs. Needless to say, she is over the moon impressed with this product! Now, as a vacuum, it’s great! Has plenty of suction even in Normal mode and you can activate Turbo mode by pressing the “+” button on the handle. Just press the “-“ to go back to Normal mode or just power it off and it will be in Normal mode when you power it back on. The wand is extendable and comfortable for even me to use ( I’m 6’4”). The included Dual Floor Max Nozzle works excellent on our carpets, rugs, and hard floors with no adjustments needed when switching between. It also has a removable brush and sub brush for easy cleaning. We have two larger dogs and this vacuum does a great job picking up the hair. It comes with a pet nozzle for use on furniture, we have a leather couch so I didn’t need it there but we did use it on their dog beds and it worked great. That nozzle has a release button on the side so you can easily remove the brush for cleaning. Pretty handy! It also comes with a crevice tool and a combination tool. The combo tool has a bristle brush on the end that can slide back to reveal a small nozzle. Little bigger than the crevice tool and made more straight across instead of angled like the crevice tool so you can get into different places better. It also includes a Power Mop Pro Nozzle which has two rotating heads. One rotates clockwise and the other anti-clockwise to make it easier to control. That being said, we feel like it pulls a little to the right and requires a bit of wrist strength to keep it going straight. Wasn’t so much of a problem for me but my wife wasn’t as keen on that. This machine only has one handle and it’s not super heavy but it’s got some weight to it. Not as easy for her to control. She had no problem using the vacuum features though. It does have a spray nozzle to apply diluted detergent to the floor. A note about the spray nozzle- it’s got some pressure, it sprays out nearly three feet ahead of the mop so don’t be too close to your cabinets, furniture, floor vents, etc or anything you don’t want mop water on. I’d probably rather that didn’t spray quite so far. All the accessories click on and off easily and store on or in the tower. The tower charges the included spare battery and the vacuum so it’s always ready to go. The charge indicator on the tower shows when charging is taking place but there’s only one indicator so you don’t see the state of charge of each battery. That being said, the battery life is HUGE and I can’t imagine that we’d ever drain both batteries and need more run time. There is an indicator on the vac itself with three bars to indicate the power remaining though. The tower uses a filter bag that seemed a little on the small side but the vac has Kompressor technology to compact the dirt in the vac before it empties into the tower to save space. The assembled tower and accessories doesn’t hardly take up a square foot of space when closed up. Easy to stand in a corner or out of the way and it’s always ready to go. It includes a wall anchor kit to prevent it from being knocked over. Note for the guys- I know it says it’s a wet/dry vacuum but it’s NOT a shop vacuum!! It’s a dry vacuum or a wet mop but it’s not made to vac up wet spills. Just trust me on that. It comes with a spare pre-filter for the vacuum that is water washable so you can leave one out to dry and still use the vacuum. It also included two extra dirt bags for the tower.

Tower design is great for auto-empty of dust bin

The LG CordZero offers a nice design for having a cordless stick vacuum and mop in an all-encompassing charging/storage tower with multiple accessories and batteries. The price for this updated model is on the high end for a stick vacuum yet it includes an auto empty storage tower, multiple accessory tools and nozzles, two batteries and additional filter, vacuum bags and mop pads. We found the vacuum and mopping features to be very easy to use. The placement of controls makes for easy access in terms of turning on the stick vacuum, along with increasing or decreasing the suction level when vacuuming. Ergonomics are very good as the height of the stick vacuum is easily adjustable with a telescopic wand and the battery size is such that the vacuum does not feel too heavy to use even for an extended period of time. The stick vacuum display includes a battery level indicator so one can see just how much charge is remaining. Conveniently the tower charges and stores an additional battery for extended cleaning jobs that might require up to 200 minutes of run time. The dust and dirt collector bin on the stick vacuum has a Kompressor lever that can be pushed down to compact the contents for extended bin storage capacity. Power levels can be easily adjusted on the vacuum control panel and include a Turbo mode for tough cleaning. One can easily convert the vacuum to a detachable handheld unit for cleaning of furniture, cars or other areas needing a smaller, portable vacuum. The Power Mini Nozzle is included for removal of pet hair from furniture and bedding with its motorized cleaning head and rubber blade roller. The LG CordZero has filtration that includes a 5-step filtration system for the vacuum and a 3-step filtration system for the all-in-one tower. I like the fact that cyclone system on the vacuum, and the filters on the vacuum and tower are easily removed and washable. The Power Mop Pro is quite easy to use as one needs to simply fill the Mop Pro with water (along with cleaning solution if desired), and then wet and attach the mop pads. The mopping function is similar to the motion of a buffer and operates at one speed. It did an effective job of cleaning our floors and is ideal for a quick floor cleaning or for those wanting to target high traffic areas. This LG CordZero is ideal for those wanting an all-in-one stick vacuum that features multiple accessories for vacuuming, mopping and hand-held cleaning. The all-in-one tower offers a well thought out design for charging the vacuum and a second battery, storing the included attachments and providing an automatic function to empty the vacuum dust bin into a larger collection bag contained in the tower itself. No more dirty hands or dust filled air when one has to take stick vacuums to a garbage can to empty the dust bin. Do keep in mind that the tower sides open for storage access so one needs a location that allows room for the tower itself and room on each side for side door clearance. I’m glad that LG has provided a 10-year warranty on the Smart Inverter Motor to back up their quality and price of the LG CordZero.

I just received my LG CordZero All In One Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum with Power Mop Pro Nozzle a couple days ago and have been putting it through its paces. This has actually made cleaning and vacuuming somewhat enjoyable of the last couple of days because of how easy it is to use and how well it has performed so far. Now everyone is knows LG (Life’s Good) makes some amazing products which is why I was excited to get my hands on this vacuum. Upon opening the box, you’ll see 3 boxes which contain the following: * Auto Empty Charging Station * Product Body * Extension Pipe * Pre-Filter * 2 Batteries * Filter * Combination Tool * Crevice Tool * Dual Floor Max Nozzle * Pet Nozzle * Mounting Hardware * 3 Vacuum Bags (one is already preinstalled) * Power Mop Pro Nozzle * 4 Mop Pads * Water Tank Filler Ok so LG has basically thought of everything and included it in the package. So once you get everything up and running, you’re ready to go. As I stated earlier, this has made cleaning and vacuuming somewhat enjoyable over the last couple of days. Once my batteries were fully charged, I got up the next morning and started vacuuming. OMG!!!! The suction quality on this vacuum is stronger than a Dyson stick. I was not expecting how powerful the suction was on this stick vacuum. The power is so great that you might have to press the - button on the vacuum to turn it down some. It has a pulling action that kinda pulls you forward. This will make you feel like you’re getting a small workout. So I used another stick vacuum I have and went over my carpet first. Then I started up my LG CordZero and this thing pulled up so much more dirt, dust, and hair fibers that my other stick vacuum did not pick up. I was amazed at how much dirt and whatnot it was pulling out of my carpet that I assumed was already clean. The canister started to fill up and I pressed the Kompressor Lever and it just compressed everything down to allow for more vacuuming. After I finished vacuuming I put it back on charge for a little bit while got the Power Mop Pro Nozzle ready. Simply fill up the tank and use whatever floor cleaning solution. Wet the mop pads and wring them out. Attach to the bottom of the Power Mop Pro Nozzle and attach it to the Extension Pipe and press the power button. I was amazed at how the kitchen floor looked after mopping. You can spray your floors using the spray button on the handle. The Power Mop Pro Nozzle has the same pulling motion that I noticed while vacuuming but it’s not as strong. Overall I love this LG CordZero AIO Station and Wet/Dry Cordless Stick Vacuum and Power Mop Pro Nozzle system and recommend it to anyone looking for a more high-end system.

I would recommend this to a friend
