Customers praise the CordZero Cordless Stick Vacuum's battery life, suction power, lightweight design, and quiet operation. Many appreciate its ease of use and the effective cleaning performance on various floor types. However, some find the dustbin to be on the small side and consider the price point relatively high. The vacuum's attachments and washable filters also receive positive feedback.

Pro- has 2 batteries which does help get most the house vacuumed. Cons- use the highest suction mode, and still feel dirt and will not pick up bits of food or much at all without lots of maneuvering. Unfortunately for the price tag and double battery I was quite excited for this machine. We will be returning. If it can’t even vacuum wood floors then what’s the point?

Great vacuum! Better than Samsung and Dyson honestly. Biggest value was the dual battery but it was also its down fall. Less than a year, the batteries don't hold their charge long and now two batteries last as long as one battery from a Samsung or Dyson.

Bought this at a decent price. Wanted to get he Dyson but too much money. It works ok but still leaves a lot of dirt. Suction is so-so on normal if you use boost, cleans a little better but still leaves dirt behind. Should have saved to get the Duson

So this vacuum replaced an old Dyson V8 and the performance from a suction perspective was similar, maybe a little less. But the battery was small (you get 2) and the emptying mechanism was quite messy. It is also heavier than expected. So it went back for a different model.

I am not impressed , it’s no more powerful than any other lower price vacuum in my opinion. Truth be told I kinda fina the dyson which I also own one of is more powerful in regards to suction , i have considered returning it. Since to me it’s no better than the dyson I have

Direct competion with V11, steep price

Product comparison: LG isn’t generally the first brand that comes to mind when considering a vacuum. The CordZero vacuum is not your average consumer product but it fills a growing niche. This model comes in direct competition with Dyson’s top-of-the-line V11 cordless vacuum. Having owned the Dyson V11 for quite some time, LG has really created an excellent product. For comparison I’ll speak to my experience with the V11. I considered the Dyson the 11 a five star model but after within six months of use so brush head on the V11 failed. Due to Dyson’s excellent customer service I was able to receive a replacement with little hassle. Upon further inspection I realized the Dyson V11 was made of really cheap quality plastic which is very disappointing compared to their typical level of quality. Therefore, I would probably recommend the LG CordZero over the Dyson at this time. LG CordZero review: The vacuum comes in a nice high-quality box packaged very well. However, the instructions are non-existent so it took me way longer than it should have to figure out what each component represented and how they were supposed to be used. For example, included are two main brush heads. One is meant to be used on hard surfaces and another for carpet surfaces. Is not indicated on either brush head or clearly in the manual which is which. Further, it was difficult to ensure I was assembling the device correctly. As if that wasn’t enough, the directions on putting together and placing the vacuum on the charging stand are also quite vague. I am extremely tech savvy and it was abhorrent how difficult it was to figure out such a simple yet critical part of this operation. You will need to charge the vacuum prior to initial use. It includes two removable batteries. With the included charging unit, you can either use it as a floor stand or wall-mounted. Currently, I have it set up as a floor stand. It works well and takes a small amount of space. The charging stand is designed to allow you to charge both batteries simultaneously. It took approximately 2 hours to charge a completely dead battery. Performance is highly dependent on how dirty your floors are and how much the brush head has to work. I had no difficulty vacuuming 900 Square ft of dirty hard floors on one battery, including many rugs. This vacuum uses three buttons for vacuum control compared to Dyson’s pull trigger style. I find it really inconvenient to switch between brush hands for carpet versus hard floors. Compared to the Dyson was performs very well on one brush head this is a big miss by LG. Fortunately the brush has performed very well and the vacuum is quite powerful. It is important to note that these vacuums are really meant for intermediary use and not as your primary vacuum. Even after vacuuming with my primary standard vacuum the CordZero was pulling in deep seated dirt and dog hair. I’m actually very impressed with the vacuuming quality of this model. I highly recommend this model to pet owners. Owning a long-haired, heavy shedding dog, the CordZero picks up every last hair –including those embedded deep within carpet. The vacuum includes two washable filters that are easily removed from the motor unit. The dustbin utilizes an easy empty canister style, but I found it to be difficult to empty when filled completely. Almost every time it was filled, I had to use a pencil to help empty out the bin completely. It includes standard attachments that are easy to store on the charging stand. You can use the vacuum in a compact handheld style or the extendable floor wand. Overall, this is a very good cordless vacuum. If you’re in the market for high end cordless vacuums I don’t think you be disappointed with this model. However, I do think that the Dyson V11 offers stiff competition at a lower price point, even with the failed brush head. The major things to consider would be if you’re willing to switch between the brush heads and prefer pushing a button versus having to hold down a trigger. This unit also employs removable batteries that can be charged simultaneously. All that being considered LG has done well.
