We are happy with this counter depth, flat front classy fridge. It is ideal for our small galley kitchen. The door-in-the-door feature is handy. We love that it has 3 ice makers in it. In spite of it having a slightly smaller footprint than most fridges, it has a lot of great storage room.

I was very excited about this fridge, its nice that it is counter depth and it’s aesthetically pleasing. The mirror is pretty. The door in door is my favorite addition. Also love the mini and craft ice! Fun fact though, the craft ice is a great concept you can choose if you want it to make 3 or 6. I was thinking awesome 3 or 6 at a time? No. Its 3 or 6 a day. That part kind of shocked me. Our list of cons- even after dumping water and ice for weeks the ice tastes like plastic/chemicals when it melts. Were an icewater drinking household and even my children hate the taste. I figured once we got through dumping the full ice bins a few times it might taste better but it does not. Another negative is finger prints. Which is a given with a mirror door so thats just a small thing. I also had a hard time finding a place for condiments as I wanted to put jars of fruit and drinks in the mirror door to be displayed and easily accessed. Since the ice maker is in the door it doesnt make a ton of ice so we do utilize the drawer mini and craft ice a lot but those two seem to taste even worse than the door ice. The last is that the door slams shut and shakes the entire fridge. It isnt very solid so when it slams its loud and shakes everything in the door. We have had it for a month now and are returning this fridge to get a different one as the cons outweigh the pros for us.

An amazing fridge that fits perfectly in the space. Definitely understand why it's the counter depth max! My only complaint is the craft ice cubes are completely round. Not really a big deal. No regrets!!

Refrigerator works great, the 4 ice options work very well. Counter Depth fits perfect for a more streamline look to your kitchen and still has plenty of internal space.

This fridge is great and we love the craft ice! We were concerned about space with the counter depth, but it gave us more room in the kitchen and is still spacious on the inside.

Always a fan of LG. This refridgerator is a great product. The reason i purchased this product is that I dont like the refridgerators sticking out of the counter top. Very conviniet to use the split door to access drinks. Another feature I liked the is the craft ice. Beautiful finished surface

Delivered August 19, 2023, problem August 21, 2024. Warranty is a generous 366 days (if a leap year). So my $3000 refrigerator needs a repair at 368 days. No mercy from customer service. It's all on me. As to the features- I never use the window, don't use the extra door. The in door ice maker drips in the summer (works as intended when checked). The round ice is neat but limited to 3-6/day. Just a big mistake.

Great fridge overall! Love the craft ice maker, the beverage door and the overall functionality. The counter depth is also great for keeping items in the fridge from getting "lost" in the back and going bad.

We are loving this new fridge!! More space in the kitchen as it is counter depth and it is so much easier to find items in the fridge. Our previous was side by side. Loving all the features!!! And we got an amazing deal on it

THIS COMPLAINT IS SOLELY REGARDING A BEST BUY ONLINE PURCHASE NOT IN STORE WHICH APPARENTLY IS SEPARATE! We bought a fridge almost a month ago, it came but the driver left with the fridge due to our house being on a slight hill, he didn't want to bother trying to get the truck up there, then best buy didn't communicate that we have a built in fridge, it arrived ( with the same size truck as the first one mind you) the guys delivered no problem but couldn't install as they weren't the RIGHT TEAM to uninstall a built in fridge, finally the right guys came ( 2 weeks later) but after taking it out of the box, we noticed there were dents, week later they send us the replacement fridge once again best buy not communicating with the 3rd party , who once again didn't look over the original notes of the house being on a hill and left with our replacement fridge!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to call and reschedule for the 4th time ! Best Buy nor the 3rd party ( I think called RXO) can't seem to get their S together, I'm never buying bestbuy online again! P.s we did get some compensation, but not enough in my opinion consideration all the stress and frustration!!!

Everything the sales person said. Product is awesome. Just recently delivered. Perfect for fitting into the designated space. Vast improvement in space unit occupied. Counter depth without handles made a huge difference.

very nice fridge. Counter depth to me is smaller. Prints on the mirror is a pain in the butt. Couldn't figure out how to make more ice. Instructions need to be clearer. Overall good

So far this refrigerator is amazing!! I love the counter depth and the amount of room inside the fridge and freezer!
