The fridge has a great design but be ready for fingerprints on the beverage mirrored door. If I was designing the inside I would have made the vegetable bins a bit smaller to give more room inside. If you want to use the beverage door for large warehouse items they won’t fit. Also the ice maker is a bit loud. Not dumping ice but making it, Kind of a whiney sound.

Overall great but has a few issues. The water filter took forever to get right. You can’t pull the droors out unless both doors are open. The craft ice is great. One of the only bad things is that the glass is a fingerprint magnet but that is expected. The way the doors are designed it has to stick out further than our previous refrigerator but it’s not a deal breaker.

We love the craft ice option and knocking on the door to see in! The only issue we have is how easily finger prints show up on that door, especially with a teenager.

This fridge is great, plenty of storage ICE works all the time. Not like Samsung issues...only CON is the mirror side get fingerprint smudges BAD....

Overall I love this fridge. However, lost a star because it's a fingerprint magnet, the doors take some getting used to, and sometimes the doors will slam shut and there are no handles to hold on to, just some finger holds at the bottom of the doors. Also, the chime alert to close the fridge door kicks in too soon in my opinion. Who doesn't like to open the refrigerator and stare inside for a couple of minutes? Not sure if there's a timer adjustment for it but it would be great if it gave me more time to do inventory.

So far the fridge works great! It’s very roomy, and we love the craft ice function. However, not having door handles means that there are always finger prints.

See through door is not being used. Door in door is excellent idea and used a lot. Finger prints on door in door is very annoying. Love the three kinds of ice. Like the freezer trays and space. Slide in shelf in refrigerator is a must due to height of consumer products.

By far the best refrigerator I have ever owned. This is like the BMW of appliances. So many features, looks great and easy to use. Only downside is how hard it is to keep the fingerprints under control.

Good size. Very roomy. Love the mirror feature and the convenience of having the door-in-door opening to go to. Gave 8 stars as fingers smudge the mirror door when opening & closing the refrigerator, needing contant cleaning. I’ll get handles next time.

Nice looking fridge and features with a big BUT for the PrinterProof one that really doesn’t work . If you hate finger print stay away from this model, you have to clean it everyday. Rest super cool

Best fridge I've ever owned!! Initially the only issue was fingerprints on the mirror door but that was an easy fix with a microfiber cloth nearby.

Excellent frig but shows all fingerprints and smudges.

We liked the fridge, we bought it a month back and its working good so far. But it is very wobbly. We need ti be very careful while closing the doors. It also gets real dirty real fast from fingerprints. It looks really bad too since its all black finish.
