    I was very excited about this fridge, its nice that it is counter depth and it’s aesthetically pleasing. The mirror is pretty. The door in door is my favorite addition. Also love the mini and craft ice! Fun fact though, the craft ice is a great concept you can choose if you want it to make 3 or 6. I was thinking awesome 3 or 6 at a time? No. Its 3 or 6 a day. That part kind of shocked me. Our list of cons- even after dumping water and ice for weeks the ice tastes like plastic/chemicals when it melts. Were an icewater drinking household and even my children hate the taste. I figured once we got through dumping the full ice bins a few times it might taste better but it does not. Another negative is finger prints. Which is a given with a mirror door so thats just a small thing. I also had a hard time finding a place for condiments as I wanted to put jars of fruit and drinks in the mirror door to be displayed and easily accessed. Since the ice maker is in the door it doesnt make a ton of ice so we do utilize the drawer mini and craft ice a lot but those two seem to taste even worse than the door ice. The last is that the door slams shut and shakes the entire fridge. It isnt very solid so when it slams its loud and shakes everything in the door. We have had it for a month now and are returning this fridge to get a different one as the cons outweigh the pros for us.

    I purchased this specificly because of it being counter depth. They don’t tell you that the housing unit at the top of the fridge prevents this thing ftom fitting under the cabinets that are built above the refrigerator niche. It sticks out even more than my previous non-counter depth refrigerator. It was a complete waste of money.

    Craft ice broken after 6 months 4 attempts to resolve with LG and I am only left with frustration to date.

    Loved the fridge but the ice was un-usable, very bad taste as ice would melt in drinks. Look of the fridge and other features were great, had to return.

    Paid for 20’ of hose for water hookup and they brought 6 and said they couldn’t do it

    This refrigerator is beautiful but it is a nightmare to keep clean. Can’t touch the mirror or stainless steel anywhere without showing fingerprints. I keep a bottle of window cleaner on the counter next to it…wouldn’t buy again..
