It tastes like chlorine or something like that. I did as directed in dumping all the ice once trays were full and was instructed to dump approximately 1 to 1-1/2 gallons of water from the dispenser. I actually dumped about 3 gallons.

That’s about all I can say that’s positive. The freezer is so limited on space. The extra shelf in the middle just takes up room. The top shelf you can put very small things only. The fridge is small also. Anything taller than a jar of mayo will not fit so everything sits laying down. Disappointed.

Best Buy completely fumbled installation, then stiffed me on a price match that was promised (and proven via transcript), then withdrawn. All of this leading to the worst customer service I've ever been subjected to. Beware and proceed at your own risk if you do business with Best Buy for large appliances.

Good but the less expensive and more practicle

The down side is the shelves have only a little movement option. Difficult for tall items. The multiple ice makers are nice, but it takes awile to make ice. The knock door is different, the door great but knock to see inside is a waste of tech and time.

But it is very wobbly. We need ti be very careful while closing the doors. It also gets real dirty real fast from fingerprints. It looks really bad too since its all black finish.

The doors are so thick that the refrigerator sticks out. It is going back for the zero clearance model.

It still wasn’t making a nice properly when we called Best Buy. They referred us to another company. They don’t stand behind their products as you have even had a problem with the washer I bought from them after a year and three days it went out and I’m still waiting for the company to correct the problem through a third vendor so I’m kind of disappointed with Best Buy right now
