||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have always enjoyed LG product, this DVD player works well, the only problem I found is that you have to point the remote directly at the sensor, and I do mean DIRECTLY at the sensor on the unit. I'm kinda bummed I through the box out, I found a Sony BLU-Ray player for $10.00 more from another dealer.

It plays smoothly, keeps your place when you turn it off and the remote is really nice. The blue color on some of the buttons show up in low light unlike the all black button remotes with tiny white spots in the middle of the buttons.

This gives hi def output and as an added bonus, it can also record CDs to a USB drive. I love it! Great mid-range DVD player.
