I am using HDMI port to connect to the TV.

I went back to exchange it but they no longer stocked the one I wanted. I don't know how it would have performed since when I realized the error I didn't open it.

Many, many control buttons on remote make it very hard to understand and use. No manual comes with it. By day two, I decided to return it.

I will have to request GEEK assistance in operating this product. Once an real expert explains the instructions to me, I will be better able to give an overall rating. As for the person who helped me (Colin) at Best Buy--I have nothing but praise for his courteous and patient assistance. I am in my 70s and truly appreciate Colin's outstanding customer service.

Your website said you had 3 pieces of Sony DVD players at $49.95 in stock. I was looking for a Sony to replace the one that broke. When I got there, you had NO Sony DVD players, just 3 LGs. I needed to replace it that'd, so I purchased an LG. It took a couple of days before I could hook it up. More than 3/4s of my DVDs , the voice and mouth movement are not synced. These are DVDs that I have played hundreds of time without a problem! I'm returning the LG for credit at the Rockaway location because they SUPPOSEDLY have the Sony. Am VERY unhappy with this purchase.
