It's a cell phone. It makes phone calls, plays games, and does normal phone stuff very good. It's all I ever dreamed about in a phone. It sure beats the rotary dial party line phone I grew up with. Thinking about it I'd like that party line back.

Lg g5 is an excellent phone. I was using galaxy s6 . it broke and i had to buy a new one and i didnt want to spend 700 for s8. Usually i go for galaxy series. But this time i gave try for lg and i bought g5. Its an amazing phone so far. No need to buy costly s7 or s8. G5 meets all my requirements except wireless charging

While the LG G6 feels like a quality device after having for few weeks I have to say the power button finger scanner is horrible! It just stopped functioning! I purchased this so I wouldn't have to use my Note 8 when jogging or at the gym I dread trying to use the G5. I was using the Sony Xperia L1 but it didn't have enough memory, man I wish I could dump the G5, what waste, even at $250 or whatever I paid for this thing.

Great phone. Couldn't ask for more. FAST, reliable

Ended up getting this phone for my wife as she dropped her other phone. She has always liked LG phones and this phone was no exception. The performance was great and it also updated to Android Nougat right away so no complaints there. Also there isn't a ton of bloatware on it so all in all it is a great phone.

I was impressed with the long life of the battery and the fact that it is simple to switch to a spare battery if necessary. I also like the finger print security feature as it saves time if you want to keep the phone locked most of the time.

This phone replaced my LG G3. The G5 has a smaller screen, but is much more powerful. I backed up my G3 to SD Card, and moved the card to the G5. After the phone finished updating to Android 7 Nougat, I used the LG backup/restore utility, and the new phone behaved like the G3, only much faster.

this device is very good and the camera quality is best and it takes really nice shots, the user experience is great, Got it because it has a user-replaceable battery. It's very sleek and stylish as well.

My wife loves it. Phone was not even half the price of new phones, which is great for a budget. Screen is crisp, battery is solid, and upgraded to USB C puts it in a high tier. Love LG products.

Bought the G5 after my Nexus 5X died. Reviews were good and the price was right. It's way better than expected. My first non-nexus phone in a long time, and I'm blown away at how lightweight and fast Android is with the LG framework. Great build quality, too. No regrets.

In recent years, I've had the LG G3, G4, V20, G5, and G6. I have also had the Galaxy S4, S5, S6 Edge+, and S7. This is probably the best phone I have had. Definitely the best LG phone. Highly recommended.
