Love at first sight! But the fingerprint stopped working after a week. The password wasn't active at times.

It replaced a phone that cost $100 less and does about the same

Price was good, but this brand new G5, even with extra RAM, isnt nearly as good at handling data as my 2+ year old Galaxy S5. Nice camera, except at night, which is grainy as can be! Some apps, like Orbot, wont work at all on the G5. Oh well, i guess ill be going back to Samsung in the future.

My, "Brand New" Unlocked LG G5. Shipped to my home. Failed to turn on. Even after charging. So I returned it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad are now using it for spare parts. Maybe, for my next one. Because, I reordered another one. Yep, I have high hopes the next one may decide to turn on! You see I bought a lot of auxiliary items for this model and rather than send all that back too. I'm gambling on another. Keeping my fingers crossed! Do the South Koreans Inspect their products before shipment? Hmmm, I doubt it! Top it off with this next one I ordered is a week late to arrive! You have 15 days to check your cell out. It takes about that long also to get your money back on your debit card too.

I purchased this G5 to replace a G3. Battery life for me has been about 2 days with light email, social media and web surfing. Phone has been very quick with apps and the display has a great resolution.

there is almost no reception with this phone. this phone has great features like quick memo and a clip tray. If you need to actually make phone calls this may not be for you.

If your an android fan, like myself this phone is a great purchase, it has all the gizmos you can imagine

Most disappointed with Best Buy in that they had trouble getting me a replacement and then failed to put the insurance on it that I requested so when phone cracked within a week, I was just out of luck. Have had multiple issues with battery since buying it as well. Doesn't have some features that Verizon said are usually standard. Lost a lot of photos as well.

This phone is not compatible with Sprint even though their website says it is.

This is really very good phone you could get at this price with amazing quality. First i never had a plan of going to LG, but some how after searching many phones decided this because, No other Flagship phones in any brand you would get for $250. Since the new G6 entered the market as LG Flagship, the G5 price dropped drastically and this would be a wise idea to purchase. Pros: 1)Phone is butter smooth 2)Awesome Sound quality- After using nexus,S3,Asus, i Feel the speaker quality is brilliant-real wonder 3)Many said battery is not good, But i can give 5 star for battery alone. Easily it lasts 2 full days for me with moderate internet use, but heavy camera usage. 4)Camera quality is also awesome, and the dual wide angle mode is really good. My first shots was in Niagara, and with wide angle mode i gave really awesome view. 5) Processing: With Quad-core 2.15GHz processor , snapdragon 820 ... its really good and may be i can comment about this after 1 or 2 years. Hopefully it wont change. 6) The Aluminium body looks so classy and nice, The phone is reallyyyyy thin, I didnt expect it so be so super thin. 7) Fast Charging is also great.... Cons: 1) The phone body is super-smooth and easily prone to fall of from ur hand,... within first week i dropped it many times(thankfully on carpet), Then immediately i ordered a rubber case and its safe now.

Terrible phone.. I could never get this device to hook up to my truck automatically... I always had to clear the cache and re-pair the phone to the truck daily.. terrible

Do not buy this phone...It has an issue with the motherboard. I do not know why Best Buy sells this kind of bad products.

I'm using this phone and battery of this phone get discharged in 3 hours without any use.
