The worst phone I've owned in years

It is so pathetically short that I can go down by 20% in an hour without using the phone. If you want to watch videos or listen to music, just assume that you're going to have to have the phone plugged in. The battery is so bad that I assumed it was defective, only to find out that it's actually just that bad. The speaker is also pathetic. Speaker phone is a screeching mess. The phone gets incredibly hot through normal use. I was told that the phone was scorching hot because it had just been activated. It's been like that ever since. I would never recommend anyone get this phone. There are plenty of much, much better phones for a similar price.
