I have read a number of reviews on the net and can't believe how negative they are. This is a great phone. I am a big LG fan because I like their OS. I am not a "pure android" fan as I find the manfucturer enhancements useful. My favorites on the LG Knock on / knock off Customizable home screen buttons A home screen button that opens the notification panel Flick gesture that clears all the icons to see the desktop The phone has been working great. I hid the notch with black bars and I have to really look to see the bars. The screen is better than my G5 or V20 and both had great screens. It is fast, the blue tooth connection to my car when playing music is clearer and does not fade like it did. Camera in Auto is better than the previous phones as well. I do wish LG had the courage to keep the power button and fingerprint scanner as one. There is no need for a side button with the knock on and knock on feature. Also, LG's launcher limits you to 5x5 icons on the screen which seems too little for me. I am using nova launcher to get 6x7. Otherwide I like LG's launcher. The deal I got at Best buy is why the main reason I decided to try it. I have had the phone for just about and week and no issues at all. One last thing to counter all the noise on the net. Fingerprint scanner is fast, sreen blacks are great, you can turn off the assistant button if you don't like it. Battery life seems better than last 2 phones in spite of the smaller battery. Highly recommended.

Put the buttons on the back were they should be. Show battery percentage and allow editing of icons and this phone would be 5 stars.

The phone has a black spot when you crack it. I would not refer this phone.

I returned the phone after I got it. I didn't like it

LG warranty disappointed. I have issues with this phone I called them but their warranty it's not to exchange the phone, they want to repair it and the means I will not have my cell phone for 2 or 3 weeks. I asked them what if I have the same problem again, "oh, well", we will do the same protocol that means I will have no cell phone again for 2 or 3 weeks. Stay away from LG very bad customer service

I've always had Android phones. This phone freezes up several times a week and now my wired headphones won't work, sound only goes to the phone's speaker.
