Q: Is this offer for a new line, or is it available for an existing line?
A: I was eligible for an upgrade on Verizon, and it went through as an upgrade for me yesterday. I hope this helps you

A: No, this product does not feature a forward facing flash.

Q: Does this phone have wireless charging capabilities?
A: Yes it does have wireless charging. My G7 actually charges faster than I expected on the wireless charging pad. It charges even through my TPU protective case, so I don't need to take it off.
Q: whats the difference between this version and the unlocked version that also works on Verizon
A: VZ model comes preloaded with VZ and misc apps in addition to the LG apps. Also unlocked version will not be able to utilize visual voicemail or hotspot or wifi calling
