Had no problem
I recently visited Best Buy to purchase the new iPhone 16 Pro in Black Titanium, and I had such an amazing experience from beginning to end. The customer service at this location truly exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed right away. Choosing a new phone can feel overwhelming, but the employees made the whole process incredibly easy. They took the time to explain all the features of the iPhone 16 Pro, broke everything down clearly, and helped me understand what made this model the right fit for me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how above-and-beyond they went after I made my choice. They helped set up my new iPhone, transferred my data, and made sure everything—from apps to settings—was working perfectly before I left. They answered every question I had with a great attitude and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my new phone. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly enjoyable.
