freezes up. have to resend texts. phone calls drop almost immediately after hitting send. I have to make a phone call twice for it to actually connect. very slow phone. would not recommend.

When talking on the phone after a few seconds, it keeps losing the sound. I either can't hear at all or I get static.

Absolutely gorgeous device. Screen wonderful.Bright display. Slim and light weight which wife loves.Fast processor and top on line specs. Speaker and camera best found. Build quality and mil specs and water resistant a plus. Too many outstanding features too mention, Checkout specs and compare to other flagship phones. This is a very under rated cell phone at a lower price . Found at local Best buy on promotion. Great deal. Crew at Springfield Oregon store extremely helpful and professional. Came from LGG2 with died after 4 1/2 years. This LGG7 even better than LGV10 which we still use. Highly recommend LGG7 and this Best Buy store.

I've had a lot of phones but this G7 has been very special so far. The screen is perfect with excellent touch responsiveness. The speaker is the best on any phone I have used. It even plays my music to my AirPlay enabled amplifiers. It feels good in the hand and looks great. It will replace my Pixel 2, which I thought was irreplaceable!! For the normal price it is a great phone, for the BB sale price it is a steal.

Price was a huge selling point compared to most other new phones but I am extremely impressed with this device and all the different features it has. Wide angle camera is awesome, boom box speaker is impressive. I don't think I could ask for more.

Many settings for audio and video- the software very useful . Boombox speaker ....the phone in its case has the sound much louder than on my laptop computer !3.5 jack with amazing settings for audio....It has fm radio.... I recommend you do not buy verizon model but rather unlucked model, because verizon disables the fm radio, which is a shame , verizon I am looking at you.....!!! The phone is snappy, the software is clean and works well. It would be perfect if it had removable battery, ir blaster , faster camera and better auto settings for the camera. LG that's what a lot of us want .................REMOVABLE BATTERY AT LEAST PLEASEEEE........

This has been my absolute favorite phone so far. I have had the Samsung Galaxy S4, iPhone, and LG G4. I honestly do not use the AI any so I cannot say whether it is good or not. The only downside to this phone is the camera is nowhere near as good as the LG G4. The issue could be that I may not know how to use it well. When I use the zoom the picture quality is absolutely terrible. I wish you could change the Google Assistant button to do something else.

When I pay this much for a phone plus add the cost of a good quality case and screen protector I expect it to handle normal usage. The screen on this poorly made LG crack and the repair will set you back over $150!!. No excuse for this kind of fragile junk and ripping people off on repair cost.
