Have had this phone for a few weeks...still learning how to fully utilize its dual screen capabilities but truly enjoying the learning curve to this phone!!! Not 5-G rated, just 4, but with 5-G being relatively new still, the 4G it comes with is just fine!!!

Stuck on the April security patch, so no update since Android 10? This is not okay. Shame really, 'cause ruins what is otherwise a fantastic phone - when you can get it on a good sale that is. Ah well. Must return. Security is too important.

Little too big but something different from every other phone. You can play game on one and watch movie while doing it. Cool

Most of the time when a phone like this comes out with very little PR, most stores and employees are clueless. Not this store. They knew a lot about this phone and made me feel more confident about my purchase. Will come back.

Loved the phone eventually the dual sceeen wouldn't connect. Then it was like a very heavy phone protector

It's a great gaming phone. The only thing that I had trouble with was my Bluetooth working with it.

Very helpful and friendly people working. I had to return a gift and had no problem at all. Will be returning in the near future to shop some more. I would recommend to family and friends

First one was opened box. Broken thin screan. Gave me a new one. My friend helped me set it up and she liked it so much I bought her one too. Very handy.

This was a great option because i am a writed and i do all sorts of great other things as well as my work. Thats why i choose this phone. Im still getting use to it. But this was a great choice for me.

Very happy with the sales guy who helped me order my new phone. I love my LG 8x dual screen phone. Also. Ordered it on Dec 4th and I received it on Dec 6th. How great was that??

Honestly just an ok phone at best. The dual screen is cool but the actual phone is not great. It's kind of slow, fingerprint reader is useless and I've had a bunch of software bugs. I've tried to contact LG but the customer service leaves something to be desired. 2 Stars only because I have to still use it, because I paid $600 for it

Great phone just slippery. With no case its easy to crack front or back

It's really not that great. SMsung is way better simply because of the data transfer method. The LG switch transfer never worked for me tried one way and pretty much all ways possible and it was a negative. Plus the fingerprint scanner doesn't recognize my fingerprint sometimes - _- the game controller never worked either. I more than likely get my money back. I couldn't even activated it right out of the box.

The phone itself was great, the dual case is where my issues were. The hing started to give out after less than a week of use and I had some issues with the mag charger staying on as well as the battery only lasting 4 or 5 hours with both screens on. My biggest gripe with the phone was that the wifi would constantly disconnect then reconnect a minute later leaving me with a page saying no internet.

Very friendly staff and a very responsible business, I had a bad experience with usps,delivering my package, but Best buy fixed it for me immediately. Thank you Best buy

bad part is it needs a small adapter to charge 2nd screen....it gets lost easily!!

I wanted to test the android system but I did not like the interface and the interface plus the product was not on display in the Best Buy store so I did not have the opportunity to take a look before buying. I had to pay the 45$ restock fee when I returned it which I found pretty unfair since I took the last phone of the store and I did not see or touch the phone before buying

So far loving it had a note10. Before it was nice but wanted different from samsungs Ui and apple
