Google's Nexus phones have always been good quality and a decent price. Well, except for the 6p and Pixel which unfortunately have now gone up in price to match other expensive phones. I have had the Nexus 5 and now this purchase was the 5x. The 5x seems to have improved on some limitations and/or issues of the 5, which is good. I have had both now, and so far the 5x is indeed a better phone. Cons: Battery is not user replaceable. No option for additional storage using an sdcard.

i used it. i enjoyed it. but the way to go is Google Pixel. Better bang for your buck. Future proof and DayDream VR ready with the Google Pixel. I had plenty of gitters and apps closing with the 5x. battery life was 4-5 hours I'm a heavy user. I am what I am. As of November 2016 no longer a must buy.

Replaced my nexus 5 with the 5X. The 5 worked great until I broke it. The 5X is slower, scrolling often jitters, touch screen is poor, often have to tap several times to operate things. I returned the 5X first time for these reasons and the replacement is the same. Battery life seems a bit shorter as well. I will be returning this one as well,

I was using this with care. My device broke down within a month. Sending this back to LG to see how they can fix it. Camera quality is good. But using them consumes a lot of battery. Really didnt expect this from LG and Google.

    The perfect phone

I have always been a fan of the Google Nexus phones and the Nexus 5x has exceeded my expectation. If you like larger screens I would definitely go with the Nexus 6p, but if you are concerned about the size then go with the 5x. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last as long as the Nexus 6p, but the quick charge feature definitely makes up for that shortfall.

The phone looks cool though it is made up of cheap plastic. It has got all the nice features. The front and rear camera is good. Loads the applications faster. The display is stunning. But, the catch is, the battery does not hold charge for a long time. The worst battery I have ever seen. Even if you do not use your phone and all the notifications are disabled, the battery loses the charge quickly.

I switched back to iPhone 2 years ago and it was starting to get boring as it usually does. I decided to try android again. The best android experience I've ever had was with my HTC One M8. This phone is solid as a brick wall. I've dropped it 3 times already and not a scratch, no connection issues with the network, no lag. Excellent job, Google and LG. The battery life isn't stellar but it's worth it. This phone is awesome for it's price!
